Welcome to GalaxyRGH! By using our services or purchasing a modded Xbox 360 through our community, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services We Provide
GalaxyRGH offers Xbox 360 modding services, including:
- RGH (Reset Glitch Hack) and JTAG modifications
- Custom dashboards and firmware installations
- Hardware modifications such as ring-of-light mods and custom boot sounds
By purchasing a modded console, you acknowledge that modifications may void the original manufacturer’s warranty and could prevent the use of official Xbox services, such as Xbox Live.
2. Payments
- Payments are not processed through our website. Instead, they are arranged directly with the individual modder in our Discord server.
- Each seller within GalaxyRGH is responsible for their own transactions.
3. Refund Policy
- All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless something has gone very wrong on our end (such as a defective mod at the time of delivery).
- If a console experiences an issue due to our mistake, we will replace it at our discretion.
- User error is not a valid reason for a refund or replacement. If you modify system files incorrectly, install unauthorized software, or update the console improperly, we are not responsible for the consequences.
4. Warranty & Liability
- We ensure high-quality soldering, proper thermal paste application, and a fully tested system before it is shipped or delivered.
- However, we are not responsible for bans, third-party software issues, or problems caused by user modifications after purchase.
- Modding your console may limit its online functionality or cause unforeseen issues with future software updates.
5. No Association with Microsoft
GalaxyRGH is an independent modding group and is not affiliated with Microsoft or any official Xbox service.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
